Irma S. Jones, EdD a Full Professor at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Brownsville within the Teaching and Learning Department of the College of Education. Her latest research interests include online juror information in Hispanic counties, online student learning preferences and practices, and the effect of procrastination on academic performance of online students.

Dianna C. Blankenship, Ph.D., J.D., is a Lecturer III at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Brownsville.
