My motto should be never too late. At 50 I gifted myself the beginning of my Masters in Management at Florida Institute of Technology. I proudly graduated with a 4.0 after job changes and losing our home in a hurricane. At 55 I gifted myself the start of a DBA at Florida Institute of Technology. The Bachelors at University of Georgia so many years ago seems …. Well so many years ago.

I have been married for 30 years and am the proud mother of two biological daughters and an adopted son who are all adults. They survived! Success. I have over 30 years of successful sales experience in the pharma and medical diagnostic worlds. I have survived financial successes and economic downturns. I have experienced the good, the not so good and, frankly, the very bad in management. I look forward to contributing my experiences to help organizations and individuals find ways to be successful and create positive environments to work in.

I believe life is not a race but a journey of knowledge.
