Kevin O’Reilly is a Warrant Officer serving within the United States Army Medical Department since 1998 and is responsible for medical technology life cycle management for large hospitals, ambulatory care centers, and deployable field hospitals throughout the United States, Europe, The Middle East, and Asia. His specific expertise and experience consists of, but not limited to, the acquisition, installation, and sustainment of radiographic suites to include single-photon emission computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging; inpatient and outpatient infrastructure such as intensive care units, pharmacy robotic systems, ventilation, and integrated infusion; the full spectrum of surgical capabilities ranging from sterilization, operating, to recovery; and many ancillary services such as audiology, dentistry, and veterinary. Throughout his career he has successfully maintained hospital and laboratory accreditations with the Joint Commission along with the College of American Pathologists and developed best business practices to better facilitate both safe and efficient healthcare systems. He possesses formal education and over 20 years of health technology management experience in acquisitions, logistics, and maintenance.
