Monica Law is an Associate Professor of Management at Marywood University, Scranton, Pennsylvania. Dr. Law obtained a Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State University in Learning and Performance Systems with an emphasis in HR/Training and Development. Dr. Law teaches courses in HR management, Organizational Behavior, Ethics,and Business Policies and Strategies. Her research interests include: leadership, conflict resolution and teamwork.
