Carrie Stringham

Carrie Stringham, DM has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in business and healthcare for more than 25 years. She has held multiple senior management positions in human resources and is experienced in the creation, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, procedures, recruiting and staffing programs, evaluation systems, Human Resource Information Systems, and employee benefits in varied industries including healthcare and mining. Carrie’s doctorate is in Organizational Leadership. She is Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certified and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) certified.

Susan Pettine

Dr. Susan Pettine is a business practitioner with 35 years of experience in human resources, risk management, legal affairs, finance, and accounting. Susan has served as both a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, both of which included oversight of the organizational HR function. Susan has been teaching in an online business program since 2006. Currently she is a professor at Purdue University Global (PG). She also serves as the Chair of the Institutional Review Board at PG. Susan has a bachelor’s degree in Education from Rhode Island College. She received her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. And Susan earned her Ph.D. at Capella University. Susan is also a Certified Business Manager, a member of the international business honor society, Sigma Beta Delta, and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Susan Knapp

Susan Knapp, PhD has been teaching human resource management at a number of Universities for over twenty years. Prior to teaching full-time with Purdue Global University, she was a human resource manager with several large healthcare organizations including Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA and Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. Her doctorate is in Organizational and Industrial Psychology and she is a Certified Senior Human Resource Professional.
