Waggoner , Chuck:

Dr. Chuck Waggoner retired as a school district superintendent in Illinois after serving thirty-five years. In January 2004 he became assistant professor at Eastern New Mexico University, becoming a full professor in 2017. Chuck and his wife Diana reside in Portales, New Mexico.
