Jeremy Roberts is a dynamic business executive and doctoral candidate with experience in all facets of marketing, digital transformation, and strategic planning. Presently focused on researching the six pillars of digital transformation, including experiences, people, change, innovation, leadership, and culture, Mr. Roberts believes that business transformation should be a top priority for businesses of all sizes and types.
Mr. Roberts currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Texas A&M University, San Antonio, educating both undergraduate and graduate-level students on digital marketing. He is also a Senior Strategic Value Advisor at Adobe, where he drives customer co-innovation, digital transformation, and business process improvement by delivering strategic recommendations and roadmaps to executives of Fortune 50 companies.
Recognized as a published author focused on customer empathy, data analytics, and marketing technology, Mr. Roberts has delivered academic research and business presentations to diverse groups of up to 500 people for 20+ years. He has also received numerous awards, including 2020 Addy Award for “What Will It Take” COVID-19 Prevention Campaign and 2019 Addy Awards for Best Website and Best Overall Interactive for VisitSanAntonio.com.
Mr. Roberts is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the University of the Incarnate Word and holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Tulane University.
Outside of academia and business, Mr. Roberts serves on numerous boards and committees. He is an active member of the Board of Directors at American Red Cross – South and Central Texas Area and San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Roberts also serves on the Small Business Advisory Commission for District 9 for the City of San Antonio, VIA Transit Community Council, San Antonio Water System CEC, and Northeast Lakeview College Social Media Marketing Advisory Committee.
Ryan Lunsford
Dr. Ryan Lunsford joined the University of the Incarnate Word in 2010 and currently serves as Professor of Management and Chair of the Doctor of Business Administration. Professor Lunsford received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from The Texas A & M University System. He continued his graduate training at The University of Texas at Dallas where he earned both the Master of Science and the Master of Arts degrees building upon his international graduate university studies at The University of London and The London School of Economics. In 2006, having completed his dissertation examining the marketing of home education, he earned the Doctor of Philosophy in Management. Professor Lunsford teaches a variety of undergraduate, graduate, and executive courses both online and on-ground. Previously, Dr. Lunsford was Dean at the Keller School of Graduate Management in Phoenix, Arizona and Assistant Professor of Marketing and Founding Director of the Executive MBA Program at the Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University. Prior to academia, Professor Lunsford served a Dallas/Fort Worth non-profit educational corporation for five years as Director of Strategic Management. lunsford@uiwtx.edu
