Author Biography:
Mark Law
Dr. Mark Law is a Professor of Accounting at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He received his Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). His career began in public accounting as a staff accountant before he established and developed an accounting and computer consulting practice prior to moving into academia. His research interests include the areas of accounting information systems, construction technology, technology in higher education, and spreadsheets.
Cassie Bennett
Dr. Cassie Bennett is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Bloomsburg University. She received her Doctorate of Business Administration in Accounting from Liberty University, Masters in Business Administration with Specialization in Accounting from Misericordia University and undergraduate degree from Bucknell University. Before entering the academic realm, she spent several years as a practicing Certified Public Accountant. She spent five years in the public accounting industry, three years as a financial analyst for a Fortune 500 company and one year as the budget manager for a higher education institution. Her research interests include managerial accounting, higher education, blockchain and data security.
